An old kitchen range in the dining area adds to the cottagy feel. The attractive terraced garden is on many levels and adorned with flowers in summer. From the kitchen, a good value Pensioner’s Special is available on Tuesday lunchtimes, pub meals all week (except Sunday evenings and all day on Mondays), pie nights and tapas nights once a month, and there are two Sunday carvery sittings.
